Firstly, sincere apologies for the delay in sending this letter and your feedback form, the weeks & months disappear at an alarming rate.
We want to thank you for your superb service in selling our house at Hewson Street. Please feel free to use any of our comments on any promotional material.
Having met with yourself, we were instantly sure that you were the best person to sell our home. Your enthusiasm, knowledge of the local market and realistic valuation, was refreshing and gave us great confidence. Equally important to us was how comfortable we felt with you as a person. Having dealt with many agents from a purchaser's perspective, being able to trust the agent is paramount. Many agents tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale; we never got this impression from you and feel sure that purchasers would also speak highly of you in this regard.
I suppose the greatest measure of performance is in the results. I have to say that both of us were amazed by the speed of the sale of our house, it was less than a week from us signing the agency agreement to exchange of contracts and at full asking price. It was a great result for us all.
